His menu is inspired by mountain cuisine, with a nod to his French roots. It's the ideal place to dine with friends after a day on the slopes. A romantic getaway for two. Le Frenchie Verbier promises unforgettable evenings in the heart of the Swiss Alps, blending the essence of mountain cuisine with modern innovation.

Start with the emblematic Frenchie scones with bacon, followed by délicats salsifis rôtis à confit pork belly and whisky sabayon. The main courses strike just the right balance between comforting dishes such as fettuccine with truffle and pecorino, or indulgent duck with Valais honey and harissa. The day ends with a delicious Banoffee, the legendary French dessert.
