🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, classified as a historical monument, enjoy all the attractions of Colmar life in this charming Studio of 22m² part of the Clos Bartholdi à only 20 mètres of the Little Venice.
🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as to the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.<🛏️Ce studio has a double bed and a single sofa bed, 🍽️d, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher), a bathroom and a toilet;(refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a dining area. The apartment has télévision

🪜 The accommodation is on the 2nd étage without elevator.

🅿️ You will find a small public parking lot right in front of the apartment where it is possible to load your luggage and park (paid by parking meter, not available during Christmas markets) during your stay.
🅿️ Montagne Verte underground public parking and Place Rapp underground public parking are located 700m from the accommodation with a rate of approximately 40€ per 24h.

🛋️ We provide you with a free lounge area in the basement of the building, common to the 4 apartments of the house, it includes a living room with sofas, armchairs, a table with chairs, a bar with kettle, Nespresso coffee, a flat screen TV, books and board games.
