🏡 This magnificent house, welcomes you in the heart of the Alsatian Vineyard 🍇, on the wine road (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine village of Hunawihr 🥨.

🏡 Built in 2019, this 52m² flat has a large living room with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen 🍽️ (with hob oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) opening onto a terrace (Terrace furniture and Weber electric barbecue at your disposal from Easter to 31 October) 🍇 which overlooks the vineyards of Hunawihr.

🪜 Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom, with a double bed 🛏️ (very comfortable bedding 160/200).
🚿 🚽 A shower room with toilet completes the accommodation.

🏡 This accommodation is perfectly located in Hunawihr, it is quiet, set back from the road and on the edge of the vineyards 🍇. You will also be at the start of the paths to go on foot 👟 , through the vineyards, to Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or even Zellenberg.

🏡 The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:
🧹 the housework will be done,
🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets,
🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

A 🧼 shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal next to the house.

🅿️ Free parking spaces are available on site including 🔌 two electric vehicle charging points.

🍼 A baby cot and high chair are available on prior request (approved for a child under 3 years and 15kg) .

House rule:

🐕 Pets are accepted on request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per pet. It is requested that pets are kept on a lead outside the accommodation.

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
